Hi guys! Sorry I missed a couple of weekly updates.  Got busy... or lazy, that's your call.  Here are the details for the last two weeks and then later today I will give you a race report for Cowtown!

Only one lifting workout this week - Legs/Chest/Biceps

2/17-2/23

Biking: 24.50
Elliptical: 0.00
Rowing: 1.24
Running: 22.90
Swimming: 1.88
Two lifting workouts this week so back on track!
